Pharmedio is looking for a UX Engineer to help us create a better pharmaceutical experience. In this role, you will touch every feature of every product we build. You will supply design direction from the planning stages to the actual implementation of each feature and product we produce. You will work closely with the development team, project manager, and product owners to create bold new user interactions and specific improvements to existing products.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Produce stable, extensible new front-ends for features under development
  • Modify and maintain existing features
  • Work closely with a small team of awesome front and back-end developers
  • Your code will have to be well-documented and easy to modify
  • Optimize anything you can to make our application faster and use fewer resources
  • Construct a user experience unlike any other

 

What’s required:

 

  • Experience with HTML5/CSS3, AJAX, Javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap
  • Experience with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Preferably experience prototyping with Wireframes, etc.
  • Solid eye for design, to include staying up-to-date with the latest design trends like Material Design, etc.

As an Account Executive, you will be the driving force in helping users maximize their success on Pharmedio. In this role, you’ll be in charge of onboarding and building relationships with new pharmacies joining the service, while working closely with inside and outside sales representatives and our Operations team.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Support revenue growth and clients from a pre-arranged list of the Pharmacies and related Sales Agencies in a given region
  • Engage and strategize with executives on the Pharmedio team to demonstrate to clients how Pharmedio can meet their sales objectives through real-time analytics and deep integration with existing systems
  • Update and create sales proposals and assist in presenting ideas to our partners and clients
  • Pitch new business to Pharmacies and Sales Agencies and consistently educate clients on Pharmedio offerings
  • Proactively provide smart client research and industry specific information
  • Navigate internally with various business units to create compelling media solutions for advertisers
  • Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries
  • Assist in the management of clients’ accounts to ensure performance and delivery of client requests

 

What’s required:

 

  • Ability to develop long-term strategic relationships
  • Ability to handle volume, multi-task, and prioritize varied requirements
  • Experience in cold calling/emailing
  • Be a student of Pharmedio properties, products, and capabilities and have the ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
  • Preferred understanding of Pharmaceutical sales, brand management, and promotions
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily
  • Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as be highly responsive to clients and internal sales team
  • Proficiency in Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in collaborative work tools, e.g. Google Docs, Evernote, Hall, etc.

  • Handle a full spectrum of personal details and needs while maintaining discretion and confidentiality
  • Coordinate and oversee complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including all necessary documentation
